I HAVE LOVED MY PINK CLOUD LIVING ROOM LIKE NOBODY’S BUSINESS! It is without hesitation my favorite room in the house ….but with the house going on the market, I want to “neutralize” the space…it would be a shame to lose a sale because a buyer could not get past the pink…so I have spent the past few days…digging through my old archives for

AHHH DECiSIONS DECISIONS….THE GREAT THING IS THAT this decision is not one I need to agonize over and for that reason I figured it out so easily. I realized that with all the blue decor in the room, sofa, curtains, ART…. that the walls needed to be more warm so I am going with either Classic gray or White down.

my dear friend Suzanne painted her living room Classic gray and it is beautiful, very light and airy..but not too cool…..

…and White down is so soft and pale…like the Maritime white but lighter…

I will get the samples this morning and let you know what I decide tomorrow ! I plan to PAINT the room today!!! Feels like old times!!!!!!!

WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE???AND WHY AND DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER GREAT PALE GRAYS WITH A HINT OF BEIGE???

  4. Hm, both are great choices but I think I like White Down the most. Depends on how it looks in your space, of course. Looking forward to following along on your move since, we too, plan to downsize.

  7. I’m quite late on my response, but while looking for a soft gray for our bathroom remodel, I came across your post. We have used White Down throughout our house to paint, and I really like it with warm and cool colors!
