The one with all the drawers would be great in a household where there are multiple drivers. Everyone has their own drawer for keys AND you can drill holes in the back and feed cords through so it is also where the phones can be charged overnight.
Otherwise, I’m always a fan of the ones with at least one drawer so you can tuck keys and phones in there. Plus it is where I keep all my extra keys. Keys to Mom’s house, keys to the beach house, the extra car key, etc. It sure makes it easier than digging them out of my junk drawer in the kitchen!
