I grew up right down the street, and we had these wonderful trees as well…..Japanese Cherry Trees. When the petals fell, it was like pink velvet carpet…….We would cut and take the big blossoms to our teachers at Greenwood School. Brings back such wonderful memories…………thanks and happy spring!
